PCGC will only share your data with other club members. This information will be available within the members section of the website, which is password protected, or on request from the Secretary. By selecting this box that you are happy for this data to be shared.
PCGC holds the above personal information in 3 locations. A copy of this application form is held electronically on the NATS secure server and can only be access by the committee and within the members area of this website (which is password protected).
PCGC also retains a copy of the information within the handicap database, currently managed by the Handicap Master software. The software also retains handicap information relating to those members who have stated that PCGC is their home club. Competition information is published to the Central Database of Handicaps (CDH) which can be accessed by a player’s home club to maintain an accurate competition handicap. PCGC will also publish results to a secondary and tertiary websites, Master Scoreboard (which is part of the Handicap Master Family)and pcgolf.club.
